About the founder
The person behind the archive.
Lucas Spicer founded Voices in Leadership at 18 while studying International Business at Dublin City University. The platform brings together conversations with senior leaders across politics, diplomacy, business, higher education and public institutions, with the aim of making leadership insight more accessible to students and young professionals. The archive has reached over 1 million cumulative LinkedIn impressions and has received recognition from senior figures in Ireland, France and the European Union.
